A citizens’ movement made up of 1,250 volunteers who promote free emotional and entrepreneurial education for young people between 18 and 23 years of age, present in 54 cities in Spain, Colombia, Argentina, Bolivia, Mexico, Ecuador and Peru.

School failure in adolescents grows exponentially

More and more young people feel that school does not provide them with the tools and skills they need to cope with the problems of everyday life. Thus, young people go through this sort of assembly line without being asked the really important questions: Who are we? What do we need to be happy? What are our innate qualities, strengths and virtues? What is our purpose in life? Despite being the essential questions of life, very few adolescents become adults capable of knowing how to answer them.

We help young people find the purpose of their lives.

We offer free of charge 100 hours of emotional and entrepreneurial education -at a rate of 3 hours per week for 9 months-, as well as 15 sessions of 1 hour of individual coaching. Throughout this process of self-knowledge we accompany young people to discover who they truly are and to find the meaning they want to give to their lives. And also to heal their self-esteem, cultivate self-confidence and develop their full potential, undertaking a useful and creative professional role in the new emerging labor market. In turn, we have these 4 differential values:

We are the world's largest citizens' emotional education movement.

Our vision is that as many teenagers as possible can question their old way of thinking, get to know themselves, transform their attitude towards life and learn to live consciously. And our mission is to consolidate an international and interconnected network of on-site locations through which we accompany, free of charge, young people who are motivated to take control of their lives and become leaders of wisdom for their generation.
